Fundació Sant Joan de Déu is a private non-profit research organization founded in 2002. Its mission is to contribute to the improvement of the health and wellbeing of people by fostering, supporting and managing the research and innovation activities of Hospital Sant Joan de Déu (HSJD) and other linked organisations.

Make Mothers Matter (MMM) is an international NGO created in 1947 at the UNESCO to raise the awareness of policy makers and public opinion on the contribution of mothers to social, cultural and economic development.
